Ivy League honored Patrick Wales-Dinan as Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year after guiding Harvard to its first Heptagonal Championship since 1985. The Crimson dominated with just 33 points, finishing ahead of nationally ranked Yale and Penn.
Junior Courtney Smith secured the individual Ivy title, becoming the first Harvard runner to do so since 1989. Victory propelled Harvard up eight spots in the national rankings released by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
