Rishikesh Yog Kendra is offering 200hr yoga TTC in rishikesh. The school is located in the peaceful Himalayas and very near the holy river Ganga. In this course, students will learn about hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow, meditation, pranayama, body alignment, adjustment, anatomy, and yogic philosophy.
